No, this has Trevor Horn doing the vocals, replacing Benoit David on the original recording. It also is remixed, has some parts re-arranged, Hour of Need is longer and the unreleased track “Dont Take No for an Answer” was added. Anderson was never a part of this album in any capacity, this is basically a second album from the Drama line-up

Hahaha yeah, and I always had trouble distinguishing Horn from Anderson, so hence my confusion, I haven't heard the version with Benoit but I'm gonna pass on that, since I like Horn (Buggles!) and didn0t even know this existed, it's pretty cool.
