i need to listen a lot more. Leaves is the only one ive heard tons and tons of times. For some reason Unwound and Tim Hecker are the two artists lately I cant stop listening to and every time i listen to a few records my opinion changes

Leaves is easily my most listened, but Fake Train is close. This album is cool, a lot of people claim it's like a prelude to Leaves.

They do sort of feel similar in terms that they deviate from the rest of their discog for the most part

Also, apparently in the physical copies of Leaves the discs are labelled as "Disc 2" and "Disc 3", implying there was already a Disc 1, probably talking about this one

I've been listening to nothing but Fugazi and Unwound all week and I'm having a tough time rating all the early unwound albums. they're all really unique

Yea, though they all have a relatively similar feel to 'em, that kinda helped them maintain an identity of their. As in, they definitely sound like Unwound records, but are still their own thing.

I have never listened to The Future of What and the s/t though, they're one of my favorite groups so I don't know why I've overlooked them for such a while.
