For sure, its a very tight group. When all is lost is one of their best songs though. T/t is also pretty damn good. This has some of the bands best choruses, but the albums too linear, too riff oriented.

Yea, but they don't play like Romeo... nor have the pipes of Allen.

This album is really a guitar-riff paradise.

JP and romeo could have a shred off, but I'd be bored after a minute

Word. I can't listen to dry shredding/riffing much anymore, but when I'm in the mood this album is a solid choice. It's not completely dry either. Although definitely not soaking with feeling like David Gilmour or SRV's playing.

The guitar is rich, chunky and sounds gread, but its way too chug oriented, it really gets tiring

As a fan of the Riffier side of Metal, this album brings it hard. I like Paradise Lost, but I prefer the guitar approach on this record and grittier vocals on here as well.

All that this album tries to do, The Oddysey did it almost ten years ago and better!

Disagreed hard. This has some serious riffs

The Oddysey, divine wings and even paradise lost are better. Still, a sweet album with remarkable moments and legit instrumental work

Paradise Lost is my fsvourite album of theirs by far, Divine is better than this as well, but never got into the Oddysey as much as others

Its an exhausting listen, and considering its length, it definitely needs more variety. The production is near stellar though. I think V is my fav from them.

I almost forgot V, sweet work too. Paradise has some heavier material which is really cool and well crafted, but as whole they have better stuff
