Citizen Erased is one of my favourite songs in the world. The vocals at the end are some of the best singing i've ever heard on CD, particularly the moment at 6:57.

This album is perfect to me.

I just find 'Muse' to be terribly overrated...sure they are talented but they dont write classic songs. They are a good band; nothing more, nothing less.

Perfect album, bar Feeling Good, THAT song sticks out like a sore thumb unlike Screenager which fits the dark atmosphere of the second half of OOS perfectly.

IMO, if they had dropped Feeling Good from this album, it would 5/5 everytime but as it is, I'll have to stick to 4.5/5.This Message Edited On 05.22.06

Feeling Good was probably my second favorite song on the album. I love it.

this album is a head wreck and i love it to death their finest hour (although absolution does run it close) every song is a musical masterpiece every inch the essence of what rock opera should be an overblown over the top classic that you have no excuse for not owning

Should I get this or Absolution if I'm looking for diversity? And I know that Muse is Muse partly because of their diversity but which album would y'all consider more versatle?

If you want diversity, hunt out Random 1-8, but between this and Absolution, I'd say this, I find absolution more one-dimensional...

the intro to "Hyper Music" sounds like it could be a Rage against the machine song

I've got some friends who are absolutely mental about Muse so I don't have any choice but to listen to them a fair bit.

I do like a lot of things about them. They make some really great music, creative riffs, good guitar, bass, drums, piano, whatever.

But the high-pitched "angel-choir" (as a friend of mine nicknamed it) vocals annoy the crap out of me. They really do, I just cannot stand it.

So I really cannot decide whether or not I like Muse...
