Good writing Hans, even if it's just a long-ass rant haha. Also, "Attitude" is such a badass driving song what the hell man. Oh and like someone pointed out earlier, "Fuel" is a great party song.



But yea album as a whole kinda sucks, but because of my lax standards I am able to tolerate it.

i really wish ppl that piss and moan about Metallica's choices through the 90's and 2000's would just put Ride the Lightning on repeat and shut the fuck up. Because that's all they really want is 80's thrash. If Metallica got so shitty then pick up Slayer's newest shitstorm. On the other hand you are right. Reload is pretty awful.

i actually like reload (although i don't like load) and enjoy most of the songs.

some metal fans are way WAY too serious.

i remember listening to the "mandatory metallica" show every night on the radio. i didn't know them
back than as old and new metallica until i saw metallica fans complain so much about the new music.
i just fucking enjoyed the music.
