probably outside my top 10 for metal this year but I do enjoy it

yeah this isn't anywhere near as good as their other stuff, but it has definitely grown on me

the beats are still ugh though

the only peste noire album that i've ever liked is La Sanie Des Siecles... basically they keep on getting progressively shittier with every album. this one is just so exhaustingly stupid to me.

Um, nah, Folkfuck and Ballade are excellent, and I find this to be nearly on par with those.

I have no idea why, but everything in this album just works. Flawless transitions, interesting song structures, an overall unique sound, and outstanding riffs.

Also, Sigh is kind of hit or miss but Hail Horror Hail, Ghastly Funeral Theater, and Imaginary Sonicscapes are all amazing, fantastic, fucking glorious albums.
