They're different. I like 'em both but logically, atm I care more about Over-Reactor 'cause the band still exists.

Yeah indeed man. Don't get me wrong, I love Mammal to pieces, but this shit is happening now!

Over-Reactor's great, but it's missing the chemistry Mammal had. They just had something special. But yes, thats living in the past etc.

Just hoping O-R try something even more different with the next set of songs.

I would bet money on it, I have a feeling they're going to go all out with their next release.

Loving the powerful and aggressive vocals from Ox! This group have such attitude. I cant help feeling that alot of the songs merge into one though and it's almost nu-metal in places

Same. I'd be good with a refined guitar tone, though.

Yeah, I've got to admit: The more I listen to their second release the more I despise their tone. It's so fucking coarse and abrasive, and the mixing is the same on every track. I still love those tracks, but the tone is rather one-dimensional.

I think they should have more of the awesome deep synthy bass tones and less of the very abrasive guitars

Also, listening through this again, alot of the awful choruses ruin the songs with really good verses: Point to Push, Mechanism, etc... Hopefully the next album will be more refined in that regard

Not bad at all. I don't love it, but who knows, maybe it will grow...

New track is decent. Not their best, but a lot better than most of their stuff.
