This is a fairly solid, but I don't see the fuss, it's fairly poor melodeath with some good-decent black metal infused. Unless I start headbanging very intensly and jump around my room, this album just doesn't do it for me. Overrated.This Message Edited On 09.22.07

I just picked this album up yesterday without a single listen to any tracks. The reason I picked this up was simply word of mouth on this site and I must say "God damn I love this website". This is one of the best pieces of music Ive picked up in a while.

An ok review, I'm not a big fan of TBT too much. But I overlook this simply because you wrote this years ago and I know how much better of a writer you have become. You summed the album up well though.

Yes it is. Hopefully one day you up the rating up to a 4.5. Nights Blood, Retribution, and Where Dead Angels Lie alone make this a superb album.
