Seriously solid album. To add to the discussion above, they watered down their sound to refine it more and you are either going to love it or hate it. I personally love this album because of the 'watered' down sound from their previous LP and EP's

Love this album, never tires and always the right disk to put on. A bit more commercial than With Fear but still packed with groove heavy metal. More than 4 good songs to be found, and The Flames Of The End is a pretty sick closer. Still need the previous 2 albums.

They certainly found balance with this album. Their previous LP's and Ep's were nothing special.

I wanna check this out, I've heard the title track and it's really sick, is this as good as The Jester Race and The Gallery?

Well, i'd say no. The Jester Race and the Gallery both are better, but this is still pretty good.

The songs are pretty short, which is the main reason, but there are some classic tracks. Namely Suicide Nation, the title track, and Blinded By Fear. This album has grown on me with each listen, however.

Ireally like this album, has alot of replay value for me.

Even the instrumentlas are really affective, mainly due to the fact that they have a very emotional side, at least that's what I get from them.

Oh yeah, for anyone who is interest....Slaughter Of The Soul (the track) is featured on Tony Hawk's Proving Ground.

Sorry if anyone has already mentioned it, I am a retard.

I hope everyone is well aware of the fact they're coming to the US in the summer. I don't know how to make a news post nor did I want to, but go to their Myspace for the dates...

An awesome album, even though its the only At the Gates I have heard so far. Very good metal going on here though, I like it.

Great album indeed. Blinded By Fear is a great opener and has a sick solo at the end. Is that from Guitar Hero III or am I just spacing out because I thought I saw or heard it.This Message Edited On 04.02.08

I feel obligated to rate this back to 4.5. Incredible. Under The Serpent Sun has one of the sickest grooves that i've ever heard. This Message Edited On 11.09.08

I was actually disapointed by this, bearly made it to be a 3.5. Blinded By Fear is still mega awesome though.
