This easily has some of their tightest and cleverest arrangement with some the best riffing in metal around the time it was released. I've probably listened to this one more than any of their other albums, even if Kezia's excellent.

Yeah this album fuckin rules. Fine if people think it's one of their weaker albums, but that average is still puzzling.

This, Fortress and the new one are by far my favorite 3. Don't understand the distaste for this one at all. It is wildly creative.

I think if you listen to this album on its own without listening to anything else it rules!
If you listen to it after listening to Kezia or Fortress it feels a bit slower and weaker and I think that’s the problem most people have with it. I saw them at a festival just after they released Volition and live C’est La Vie and Sextape sounded perfect in a run with Bloodmeat and Sequoia Throne but you listen on a playlist and they feel lacking

you guys just played me. Got this album in my head, looked up prints of the artwork, found that there is an exclusive vinyl box set dropping for it, impulse bought the boxset. Good going.

Moonlight's one of their greatest songs, hands down. Incredible riffs.

C’est la Vie, Tandem, Moonlight, Dunsel, Termites, Sex Tapes
All great

For highlights, I'd probably take Tapestry over Dunsel but there's not a song here that's less than excellent.

Love Dunsel’s climax, brings the ridiculousness all PtH albums needs to feel complete
But yeah whole thing’s pre rad
