Nor have I listened to 'King of Limbs' Jim. I'll probably listen to that around November, knowing the way I do things.

Thanks Ross. And yeah, I worked on that summary for a little while. At one stage I was going to work 'Tales Don't Tell Themselves' in it also.

I'm unsure anyone was expecting this album to be that good Thomas. Thanks again.

I recall you being a 'Casually Dressed...' fan Rosco. You should like this. I'm predicting a 4 if you give it a chance.

By the way, I'm surprised so many people liked this on their 1st or 2nd listen. Some of the songs took a while to grow on me, which is of course a positive sign for lasting value.

Yeah, Casually Dressed is the tits. It's gonna be hard for this album to be any more average than M&H so I'll give it a listen for sure - though I think I'll put on Casually Dressed first to get in the mood. What are your thoughts on the new Rise Against album?

Rosco needs his mood music.

You know I'm a fanboy of RA, so you know I like it. But you have to remember that I 4.5'd 'ATR'.

ATR was good... not much else to say really. Like M&H it's a solid 3 for me, but no more than that. I'm kinda hoping the new one will be an improvement and I recall you saying that it'll probably be ATR+0.5 for most people, but ATR-0.5 for you... as I'm yet to hear the album stream why do you think this is?

if my favorite FFAF release is Seven Ways to Scream Your Name would this be worth my time?

Never got into them. They have a few good tunes though.

Album is a pleasant surprise. However, I can't help but have this feeling they were trying a little too hard to 'go back to their roots.' It feels a little forced, but that could just be the fact that their older stuff has such extreme nostalgic value to me.

Still a good album, not quite sure how to rate it yet though.

It's possible Red. This album harks back to their earlier period, more along the lines of Casually Dressed..... though

Stop jumping bands Rosco... You're confusing the crap out of me. On RA, I think the new album is a touch heavier & more consistent... But without the highs of AtR.

Dev, it still concerns me how much music you listen to.

Thanks Lambda. You still did a great job getting your review out so quick.

Adam, it will indeed. In fact, I really think you will like this. It's obviously not as raw as 'Seven Ways...', but it has some of the same characteristics.

Totally understand what you mean violentmog & I actually agreed with you on my first few listens. As I broke down its individual components later though, the stronger songwriting & melodies won me over.

Hi chambered.

Poor Mordy. Head on down to your local digital music store & purchase it then.

Phideaux, "busy" is an understatement.
