Empty Glass is an album highlight for sure, I love it so much. Derek is perfect at conveying the intense emotion of the story through his vocal performances.

i cant take that part when the music drops out and he says cause there ain't nothing like your smile, your legs or those eyes...it's not the worst thing but it leaves me a little douche chilly...i can easily forgive it because the song is otherwise excellent

Defeater: leaving out homosexual spoken word sections and other genre shortcomings since 2008...

Review is pretty much spot on, except I don't like the acoustic songs, and the compelling story gets lost in the awful lyrics, which are just generic, cliche, and not creative.
