also has anybody noticed almost all the singing is falsetto.

I don't know where you're getting at. Sure there is falsetto in most of the songs but they also have got their fair share of mid-register and mix.

This is shaping up really well for me. On third listen now and it's already beginning to be quite an experience.

Lotus Flower might be their best song since Kid A, Codex has atmosphere. The rest made no impression on me. I didn't really expect them to get back up to the level of Kid A (arguably their best) or even OK Computer anyway, the previous three albums suggested that was never going to happen.

two of their last three are actually my favorite radiohead albums (Amnesiac and In Rainbows that is) and I'm tempted to say this might end up on #3 or at least #4 (after Kid A).

IN YOUR FACE OK Computer!

It just doesn't feel complete yet. Feels like a fraction of a whole.

So, while it hasn't quite reached that point yet, i could definitely see myself bumping this to a 5 somewhere down the line. Yes, it's short, but goddammit all of these songs are amazing. Plus, it flows perfectly.

I at least wanna know FOR SURE whether or not there will be a 2nd disc.

I agree. Feel I can't properly rate this unless I know this is how the album is supposed to be digested as a whole. Which atm, it appears it is.

but why TKOL1 as the download title from the site, and why the "you think it's over" lyric? I don't know, seems a bit suspicious. Then Thom has also said they didn't want to do another long album. So freaking confusing.

well, it would be a really dickish move to release only half of it without telling anyone, that'd piss way too many fans off for them to do it. I can't know for sure but I'd bet there won't be anything more except maybe some B-sides/remix EP or something down the line.

also like said before: it feels perfectly complete to me.

It's Radiohead though, they do whatever they want to. lol, to be honest I wouldn't be surprised either way. I am extremely pleased with this album.

Oh it's not a matter of whether or not it feels complete. It feels complete to me, i just wanna know if it IS complete.
