well i started on their s/t which isnt close to their best album but i think its a good starter cos when you go straight into hemispheres its a little overwhelming you gota ease yourself into the rush bro, so yea start with s/t which is like a simple zeppelin rocker then move onto fly by night which has neil peart (best drummer ever) then skip caress cos you wont dig it till you are a true fan so go to 2112 and you will love the title track but not the rest, then get farewell and you will love everything cept madrigal, then get hemispheres and you will 5 it, then get moving pictures and you will think camera eye is too long, then get signals and you will say ITS NOT AS GOOD TOO MANY SYNTHS FUCK YOU but trust me bro let it grow then grace is kinda the same then the rest its like they dont seem awesome at first but then once you overplay the classics you start listening to HOLD YOUR FIRE and it clicks its like damn they actually made pop prog work fuck yea best band ever and you 5 every album

never been into prog rock type stuff which is funny cause apparently the music i play is prog rockish. and so i've heard. more than likely i've heard some rush without knowing it's rush. and goddammit i once again forgot to listen to the john k. samson album. will need to get on that after these rush albums

listened to the S/T, and not gonna lie, band is pretty awesome. kinda actually wanna listen to it one or two more times before going onto the next but damn the guy knows how to write a good solo
