It relatively sucks since while it's good on its own, it can't compete with their last two. I see your point though.

lol I am vastly disappointed with this album and I gave it a 3.5. It's probably a 3 in all honesty

the first three on this are amazing. I really like all of those tracks equally.
It kind of gets worse from there.

I really hope they come up with a new a new album. Something that makes me forget they've released this.

"The guitarist John Petrucci from the band Dream Theater has considered this album the best album of the year 2011."

This had its typical surefire hits (the usual Red songs I like off the first listen). There just weren't as many of those as the last two. But then some others grew on me enough that's its genuinely enjoyable to listen to start to finish for me. I do hope the next round has a little more flair to it tho.

Band releases its next album in about three months. Luckily this time I have no expectations for them to not live up to

Yeah. Listened to Who We Are today and liked it. Listened to Let it Burn and thought it was alright.
Feed the Machine is awesome and Faceless is nice but generic, and Hymn for the Missing is actually
pretty good too. I'm surprised it's held up... I remember thinking it was kind of cheesy. Everything
else sucks though

I dunno. Both songs have shitty choruses, but Who We Are has a nice verse. Watch You Crawl just sounds like Breaking Benjamin on all fronts

It's rare but Feed the Machine is still one of the best mainstream rock songs I've heard in a while so that song at least deserves an occasional spin.
