the vocalist is chris hidgen (sp?) who went on to form elliott, where his vocals improved dramaticaly. i still disagree with the reviewers opinion on his vocals on this record, he is clearly better on his later projects.

I disagree. I think this is much better than Elliott, musically as well as vocally. Personal preference though, I suppose.
