There are black metal bands like Welicoruss that have good sound quality, so not all black metal has shit quality production.

Here's a tip. If you're going to be bitchy about production values don't listen to black metal. It's part of the foundation and you can either learn to appreciate it or keep sucking off on faggoty symphonic/folk polished faggotry.

The thing I love about black metal is how atmosphere and emotion based it is. Most of the metal I listen to these days is heavy on those two, mainly all of the sludge and post-metal I have.
