maybe if an ep were to materialize they’d add an ambient track

Long albums are one of my biggest turnoffs in music tbh. It's a bit odd to hear, but for me, an album that is overly long instantly reduces my liking for it. That also goes for double albums, which I think is just a dumb idea to begin with.

Agreed dude. If an album happens to be over an hour long, it's usually something negative unless the quality is off the roof

Agreed, I can do an hour max and even that's pushing it

if an album is good enough, you shouldn't notice the length (or it should take it in its stride)

i find long playtimes a turnoff when it comes to check releases, but that's a bad habit and i'm trying to break it

Nah I feel you on that

For me I'm on a hefty work schedule so 90+ minute albums are a much bigger deal than when I didn't work

Any of you remember when the band said they had material written for 5 more album? Having a discussion with some folk in the post metal sub on reddit - they don’t believe me. I know we talked about it here - just don’t remember how far back in the thread.

teamster I posted that on the sub. I might try reaching out to a band member to see if they actually planned 5 more records

How come there's no review for the ep?

--How come there's no review for the ep?--

The EP is basically three of the same songs that are on this. There are some minor differences, but enough for a review? I guess that would be up to the potential reviewer.

Ah, looked at the track list. I was wondering why it never got talked about when I looked at the band page.

Pretty solid album, a few songs drag on for a bit though.
