Great soundtrack and visuals. Story they're attached to lags behind by some degree.

Agreed, I think what holds the story back is they are busy trying to inform a new generation of what had already happened in the previous movie, so the pace of the story is rushed. I think this movie could have benefitted from being a lot longer.
