This is one of the worst bands i've ever heard. EVERYTHING about this band is awful and should not even be anywhere near a record label. Bands like this is whats wrong with the music industry.

Whereas their debut scraped the bottom of the barrel & the follow-up was derivatively average, Hinder’s 3rd LP ‘All American Nightmare’ is the proverbial mixed bag. Awkward transitions & mind-numbingly awful lyrics ruin tracks such as the opener, ‘Hey Ho’ & ‘Strip Tease’, while Austin Winkler’s raspy vocals (& multiple laughs) are more annoying than ever. Yet, ‘Red Tail Lights’ could be their best song yet & the Oklahoman hard rockers are improving their proficiency in balladry. Joe Garvey’s bluesy guitar-work is the highlight, but even he can’t save this album. Recommended Tracks: Red Tail Lights & What Ya Gonna Do.

Aren't Hinder lyrics great.

'Hey Ho' is hilarious on this. It's about how rap is evil & rock is the savior. Even Kanye gets a mention.

Of course I'm serious. Here's a sample:

Pumpin' lame-ass beats in your foreign car

It ain't real music without guitar

I like Jimmy Hendrix, baby don't you know

I like gettin' high, not ridin' low

And he sort of sings it in a strange rap-rock style. It's hilarious.

I'm a very convincing man... Although, I can't claim full credit on this occasion... Thank-you for the assist Mr. Austin Winkler.

I really like 'Red Tail Lights' & I actually think they're getting better at the ballad stuff. Some of Garvey's bluesy riffs are ok too. But yeah, a 2 is still "poor".
