new Klaxons was very, very meh. this is better than that, for sure. but idk how good, nothing really grabbed me.

"This album kind of creeps up on you after a few listens". Well said. I don't think 'Oh, Gloria' is necessarily a bad song, but I don't really think it fits on the album tbh.
Let it grow Adam. Another thing about this album is that if anything, it is back-loaded a little... Back-loaded albums always take a little longer to grow.
Well said Dev. That also gets back to my first paragraph. This band's songs are usually solid, but lack an X factor as such. That probably does not change here in all honesty.

It all came at you as heterosexually as possible. I just feel like it's a nice personal touch that makes reading your reviews much more enjoyable.
