Never a huge fan of his vocals but he's not bad. Still gotta try this and Everyone Into Position

Get on it man!

Everyone Into Position is great, and its closing track is easily my favorite Oceansize track.

Listened to this two times. Really seems like this is tough to get into. Their first three albums are almost a part of my personality, so i'm hoping that this grows quite a bit on me. Some songs sound like a different band to me, and i was suprised to hear some Mastodonish riffage here and there.

Oscar Accepeance Speach was every bit good as expected

Back when I was first getting into this band around 4 years ago I was more of a metalhead so this album really appealed to me overall, but now it's my least favorite, and Everyone into Position has grown on me a lot more. This is still really good, especially the middle few songs.

Knowing how much of a huge Oceansize fan i am, i'm pretty sure i will love this almost as much as their other records.

Also looking forward to the upcoming Vennart album and tour. Please let them play Unfamiliar this time around, it's probably my favorite song right now

Didn't know the frontman had a solo album out, I'll have to give a listen.

It's fucking awesome. Much more accessible, but still incredible. Operate is such an earworm

Also, "Vennart" features also Steve Durose and Gambler from 'Size. So strictly speaking it's not really a solo project, although most of the musical input is from Mike Vennart

Really glad that at least some of the band members are still making music together and another album might be coming out this year. I think there was a lot of turmoil and conflict within the band during the making of this album, which might explain why it's so explosive at times.

Yeah, right off the bat when Part Cardiac kicks in i could feel the tension in the band. Here's hoping they play some different tunes from the Size backcatalog on the next tour (Unfamiliar, Catalyst, Amputee and Ornaments pls)

Ok, this grew a hell of a lot on me. The album highlights are all the softer or slower songs, apart from Part Cardiac i don't care for the 3 other heavy songs. They're all good but not very memorable. Built Us A Rocket Then is basically a more concise, but less interesting Unfamiliar. Also, it lacks the intense climax of Unfamiliar (which gets me goosebumps every time).
