Agreed. If they trimmed the instrumental fluff, rewrote the lyrics for When They Come For Me to something a little less juvenile, and improved the vocal delivery of Wretches and Kings then this would've been superb.
Still the best moments on here are very well put together. Heck if they made an album with songs like Iridescent, The Catalyst, Burning In the Skies and Waiting For the End, and combined it with the first 3 songs off Living Things then it would be an easy 4

Yea if it wasnt for Until It Breaks and Skin to Bone it'd probably be there. They're a bit of a comfort band for me, one of my top 10s of all time, and Bennington is by all accounts a legend and a vocal inspiration for me personally.

Comfort music does sound like the best way to describe them yea. I still stand by my word that they didn’t go the safe route by releasing watered down versions of Hybrid Theory and Meteora throughout their career, otherwise they would’ve gotten stale after a while
