Great review B4K. I've listened to sections of every Loop album on youtube. Then I downloaded one on my brother's computer and listened. This guy is simply a bad composer. But great review

I got this about a month ago but haven't listened to it yet all the way through. I feel like this is such a heavy and special work that I can't just listen on a whim while i'm on the metro or hanging out. I feel like I need to give it the credit it deserves and be in a state of total calmness and without distractions, which is rare. Plus, I feel like I'd have to listen for a long while so I can really perceive the loops...disintegrating.

Really fascinating and unique music. The story behind this and him finishing this on 9/11 is incredible.

idk but it's easy for people to get caught up in how good it should be or its concept or 9/11 when really it's just not a good listen at all

and timbo iirc has legit taste so NO WAY AM I LETTING THIS HAPPEN TO HIM

Don't be fresh Enotron. But yea robertsona, it is hard to separate the music from the story and 9/11. I imagine it would be powerful as a movie, like a mini-documentary, but listening to just the music clear-headed is different for sure. I'll have to find out for meself.

but he intend for it to be some metaphor for it, so it's irrelevant.

I don't really care whether or not this was finished on 9/11 because that didn't affect the album musically whatsoever - thus it's left out of the review - that is to say, shut the fuck up about it.
