Very good review. I agree that she sets herself apart more with more creative musical arrangements, even though I did enjoy One Of The Boys. "Pearl" is a song you won't hear many pop acts do. Also, "Not Like The Movies" shows the emotional depth of her voice. I think there are a couple throwaway songs like "Peacock" and "California Gurls," and the lyrics sometimes are trite, but this is a step up overall.
