hmm, this sounds like....I should finally get around to the new Trigger The Bloodshed album!

Check out Shadow Of The Colossus' s/t from this year. It's deathcore with cool melodic guitarleads and even has a hint of progressive to it.

I was skeptical when they sent me this, but I threw it on and it was pretty damn good.

Basically straight up death metal, with a little blackened influence in the tremolo melodies.



Haven't heard the entire album yet but from what I sampled it's actually pretty good. I can see myself giving it perhaps a 3.5 or higher.

Trigger The Bloodshed is like fire on the fretboard, this sounds a lot more relaxed in terms of music. Vocals sound pretty beast though.

Album was decent but pretty generic tbh.

Vocals were alright, music was boring as hell.

I enjoyed the couple of tracks I heard on myspace, but they dont seem like a band it is worthwhile to pursue much further.

Finally checked this out. Sick riffs everywhere.



And yeah, I wouldn't call it deathcore. It sounds like Through The Eyes Of The Dead meets Beneath The Massacre, but a lot less breakdowns.

Their first album however, definitely deathcore. Sounds kinda like JFAC and Despised Icon.
