Has anyone heard the Steven Wilson remixes ? I'm thinking of investing some money buying the "remaster editions" with the remix made by SW.

I've heard the Larks Tongues Steven Wilson remix and that sounds great. Wilson is great at remixing classic prog so I doubt you'd be disappointed with any of them. All of his Jethro Tull remixes have been really good.

This is their best album, however, their best song is actually Starless.

One of my favorite albums, but I've yet to seek out anything else similar. If I love this, what else would you recommend me?

Depends on what it is you like about this. Their album after this, In the Wake of Poseidon, is very similar stylistically, so give that one a chance I guess. Also maybe Lizard, if you're into the jazzier stuff. If it's the more symphonic and melodramatic side of this that you love, I'd recommend Mirage by Camel, but even that isn't too similar.

Everyone who likes this should give their 70s albums and Discipline a listen. They're all excellent.
