Only heard 3 tracks from this album, Aqualung, Mother Goose and Locomotive Breath. I like all three of them, especially the title track.

Dug this album quite a bit, it is a little heavy for my taste, or at least heavy to begin with, but when it progressed, I got to hear the acoustic Ian Anderson that I have come to know and love.

Acoustic Anderson is generally best Anderson.

Everything about this is basically Anderson at his best though.

whats with the buzzing sound on locomotive breath, I always thought my copy was fucked but recently jammed the remastered vinyl and its clearly been brought UP in the mix... does anyone know why its there?

Cross Eyed Mary is a hard 1000/5. So much energy on that chorus, can barely handle it.

@SpaceMan if I'm not wrong it is the bass, that was way too powerful, It is the vibration of the bass strings or something like that

Let's take a moment to think how it would've been if Iommi stayed as Tull's guitarist

Yeah, he would have never reached his true potential/style on a band like Jethro Tull

I never said it would've been good, Titan haha

I dunno about that SirLord, I think it would have been more detrimental to Tull.

Stop it. Let us speak of this no more.

Barre was perfect because he was understated and had almost a background role most of the time (whilst still being very effective when called upon).
