oh man. Original albums had similar effect with my parents too but most stuff was copied so I was alright. And there's always the different language of the lyrics that saved me. Being a non-english speaker is not bad sometimes.

It's funny, if one can ignore the bands hyperbolic ridiculousness, it's really a kind of Johnny Thunders inspired pop punk LP. A surprisingly solid LP all the way through, and 30 years after it's release, it holds up rather well.
