Streamed a track, and must admit the girl's got an amazing voice. Sadly this is another case of "Davey writes a great review for an album that doesn't appeal to me" though. But in saying that, i'll most likely download the album as it will undoubtedly work its magic on my better half with better results

I just listened to it in full, but couldn't really get into it much. Nothing really jumped out at me a whole lot and the lyrics seemed kind of bland. She does have a pretty good voice though.

Fair call Zizzer. I'd probably recommend that if people want to listen to Amy MacDonald, to start with her debut. That point about songs jumping out at them definitely occurs on the debut more than this album.
