For deathcore, the vocals are quite good. With the lyrics, they're pigeon-holing themselves with the "party" theme, but I'd rather listen to their lyrics than some of the shit deathcore normally goes on about.

Yeah, I guess that's true, but I think what gets me the most is that the non-party lyrics aren't terrible, so as far as I'm concerned, it looks like a third of the time he could maybe write decent lyrics. He just doesn't carry over for the other two thirds.

I actually really enjoyed the album the first time through. It only took me about 2 more listens to realize how incredibly gimmicky and empty this album is. It's pretty terrible, especially lyrically. Some catchy riffs though.
