foreign tapes is great until you realise it hits its peak with dead nationale and only spirals into generic indie obscurity from there. not saying it isn't good, just not album of the year material. In my opinion of course.

Seen them twice. Both times I felt like I was watching a bunch of kids play in their garage. Didn't even acknowledge the audience.

they play within themselves and focus on the jams and improvisation more than the audience, which is completely fine by me.
