Yeah, I guess the rest of the album is pretty mediocre.
When I saw them last week the sound system wasn't to good and it was all to distorted. They were the third and final band to play, but took about 45 minutes to play after the other band was done. People were getting mad.
I hear tho that Leto's band kicks the shit out of Keana Reeves' band.

Just alt rock. We have 2 80s-90s rock stations with the occasional ****ty mainstream song from now (i.e. Green Day, Audioslave). Nothing like 30 Seconds to Mars or Radiohead or Muse. It really sucks. The worst part is- the alt. station became a rap station because their rival corporation was destroying them with their rap station. And instead of moving the alt station to the new frequency they had, they made that a gospel station.

I don't know... I personally think that most of these songs aren't very good. My friend bought the cd and i borrowed it. I disliked the vocals but otherwise it's ok. Oh yeah and the lyrics are weird. A bit emo though.

I heard about half of this album, and personally, its pretty awful. I think the addition of new members really messed up their sound. Its a lot more commercial and emo than before, and just not good. It's no where near as epic as the s/t and the lyrics suck also. I mean the self titled is one of the most amazing pieces of space rock ever. I even got to hear the japanese bonus track off their s/t on their myspace, and that kills anything on this disc. But apparently most people like this one. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose.

Decent stuff but the s/t slaughters it, unquestionably. I'll Attack and the title track are quite good in themselves, bu this album is a bit too commercial... and what is the deal with the screaming? There wasn't ONE scream on their old album and now it's the cool thing to do so 30STM has to do it? Ghey... 3/5
