I suppose this the closest I'll get to a name-drop in a review. Oh, well...I'll take it.

I too have tried to enjoy this band, but much like psyopus, it's just guitar fuckery with no hook or groove and with a billion beats per minute added in to the mix.

i know informality is supposed to be a fundamental element of this review but honestly reading this
was like reading some bored child's blog or journal or something (which i guess could have been
spawned by the 'open letter' format but it's more the 'bored child' thing i'm focusing on). it was
entertaining i guess and...funny? (it wasn't really even all that funny (especially not enough to
justify the risky colloquialism) in my opinion), but certainly didn't make for something i'd expect
from a recently-promoted staff reviewer. in a bad way.

I just listened to this band for the first time and it is god awful. I'll stick to good technical death metal like Decapitated....

i can respect the fact that these guys are excellent musicians. but there is not a damn thing redeeming about this album.
