I've listened to it twice and frankly it's not very good. The songs are so boring that I almost fell asleep. Sadly, this is my least favorite release of theirs.

I really liked their first album, after that I always had high expectations for their albums (especially for Full Circle, I really like McComb) but they both time really disappointed me.



After listening to "Feel like I do"I was expecting a bad album.

I listened to a few other songs after reading your review... and I have to say that it was much better than what I was expecting. I'm going to listen a few time to the album to see what it's worth.



The only thing that I don't like in their sound, it's that they are trying a bit too much to make big hard rock anthems. Seriously, "Feel like I do" is the definition of "trying to hard". Even if I'm not a "lyrics" guy at all (hell, I love Limb bizkit :P), that is just awfull.

I find it amusing that the author has to qualify liking this album with the opening sentence. Drowning Pool is the shittiest, most butt-fuckiest nu-metal on the planet. Why people waste time hating on metal-core on this site when nu-metal still exists, I will never know....
