People told MTV to get off the air. But Stealing people's mail is so damn funny. I realized how sarcastic some of these earlier punk songs were. Heck. Even the Offspring on digital have the "Kill the President" song no more. I suppose the beheading machine from the same album is fine and songs about Tehran.
Optics. Back to DKM. These song actually felt rough to me as a growing knowledgeable punk in 2003? But I bought this album with Ataris so Long Astoria or was it Siren Song for the Counter Culture.
They were both new punk albums I wanted to buy but there was that linger of sellout I guess when that still mattered to me :/
