On first listening to ‘Congratulations’, I wanted to create a new rating titled ‘WTF’. It’s an understatement to suggest this is different to ‘Oracular Spectacular’. I guess the success of that breakthrough really did allow the pseudo duo to record whatever they wanted. As the album grows, the psychedelic rhythms take shape, while a few cool 60’s like melodies emerge… But they are haphazard & too few and far between. For a release that was “intended to be listened to as an album”, there is a lot of random crap on here which is anything but cohesive. Recommended Tracks: It's Working & Flash Delirium.

I dont think its a classic but I think it is definitely an improvement over Oracular Spectacular. after "Kids" i dont need to listen to the rest on OS.
