The Scarecrow was pretty good when it came out and it was a change-up from the metal operas. This is taking that sort of idea and improving upon it.

I'm halfway through the title track and it's by far one of the stupidest things I've heard in a long time. It's so vastly overepic with some of the lamest orchestra bits ever. There's absolutely no substance to this track... unbelievably disappointed.

I just love Runaway Train. It's so emotional and has a very 90's feel. Its great to see that Tobi moved away from his Power Metal roots. Less epic/bombastic, but much more diverse.

Fantastic album, specially "The Wicked Symphony", "Dying for an Angel" "Blizzard On a Broken Mirror" and "Runaway Train". One of 2010's bests, without a shadow of doubt

nice but.. u just cant compare Blind Guardian to Dragon Force.. the germans are just so much better

This is good. I hated 'the Metal Opera' (more like the fail opera) but this is much less cheesy and drawn-out. The chorus of 'Dying for an Angel' just rules so hard.
