Good review - the most accurate I've read.

An album is only as strong as it's weakest tracks, and there's about a half dozen here that should've been left on the studio floor. Too much chaff and underdeveloped ideas. Tightened up this would've been a much better album.

So you think Avenged Sevenfold is better than this album?

and Vampire Weekend

STFU, that shouldn't have anything to do with the review.

It was a well written review, i appreciate the diverse opinions on this album.

"Metalcore - 33%"

Judging someones overall music taste by their pie chart is just...silly. I've only rated 15 albums.

identity crisis huh, well why don't you just let us know who the Gorillaz REALLY are. Also, for the people saying WELL WRITTEN, it's basic writing with a lame ass opinion. Album rules your face.

and yes its lazy what do you mean it sounds like gorillaz but also an identity crisis? you didnt even explain that and it just sounds like you couldnt form an opinion based on anything so you just threw some buzzwords around.

Arguments here are stupid. There is nothing wrong with the review--- but there are three other reviews, if you don't like it, find one you do and don't complain. And attacking music tastes is just idiotic.

Review reads like you're upset that there's too many guest vocalists and it interferes with your notion of what Gorillaz "should" sound like so you just dismiss the entire album on those grounds.

Your criticisms are really vague

But that's a fair accusation, no Rom?

Yeah, but I think you catch my drift. It's not like this is some super controversial review here.

I thought it was a fairly well written review. It might have been basic, but it got to the point, and it was pretty clear in its criticisms.

I still need to hear this though.

yeah i know im not one to be saying this but this review did seem like a rush-job. it's not catastrophic by any means, just a little...sub-par, for you? i guess. but you know, whatever.

Snoop Dogg ruined any artistic approach that "Welcome to the world..." could have offered. Lyrics are absolutely ridiculous.
