I don't think this is bland at all. Sure I get your production issues, less sludgier less "Sleepier" vibe, but this has bad ass riffs as hell. I kinda enjoyed this more than Luminiferous f.e. (not in production, or vocals, or guitar distortion but in the overall fun of the tracks) If this is officially their worst work is just fine by me X) whata band m/
