evilford, this album is great and is a highlight of the avant-garde metal realm. Lots of awesome NWOBHM shit happening as well. Don't know why you hate on this so much. It's got some weird shit happening (whatever the fuck a Mexican Radio means) but it's a great piece of music. The guitar tone on this album is sick as well.

A really good album, not easy to get into but worth it; the Gothic and 'experimental' parts aren't just tagged on to tick boxes of pretension, they really accentuate the harder songs and keep things interesting; To Mega Therion was amazing, but kind of one paced by comparison.

Great review for a unique album.
I could have lived without One In Their Pride and Mexican Radio, as their awkward weirdness kind of ruin the thick atmosphere here.

Came back to this tonight for the first time in years, when i initially listened to it with to mega therion and morbid tales i didn't like it at all (no idea why to be honest). But im absoloutley loving it at the moment, so glad i came back to this instead of leaving it gathering dust
