Actually, this is a lot of fun so far. Favorite part as of yet was in the first song where the strange instruments kind of rolled in waves.. I'll look for a time so you don't think I'm just crazy later.

oh...well, you may be onto something here, that was very good.
haha, review was really well written too, your inclinations to this being a pretty weird brand of pop music is spot on. AC is a good comparison if only for the fact that Animal Collective sound as bonkers as this does. Kinda reminds me of Architecture in Helsinki as well.

First time through this album annoyed the shit out of me. I've listened to it all the way through now about 6 times. Really digging it, the lead singer's voice is a grower for sure, and for some reason it reminds me of the unicorns meets animal collective meets a band I can't come up with this late at night. Good though, for sure.
