Yeah its much more diverse than Mechanize, but still maintains the all out aggression and great songwriting that it had

while putting more emphasis on the industrial element of the music. Seriously loving New Messiah, that chorus is great.

Agreed.

Virus of Faith is unreal, that chorus is also great.

I might have the new album rated higher than Mechanize in time because each track on it is so much more diverse than the other whereas with that album a lot of the songs sounded somewhat identical (not to say that Mechanize wasnt awesome, because it did rule).

Mechanize vs The industrialist

which one is better?

This is indeed a superb album. The excellent aggressive moments in 'Industrial Discpline' and 'Powershifter' are very much balanced by the more melodic likes of 'Designing the Enemy' and epic closer 'Final Exit', but it all comes together as one completely solid and tight sound, and the performance of each particular instrument proves that well. Definitely one of the best albums FF have ever put out.

Last legitimate album that FF put out. And i mean legit ...(as good as Demanufacture). Alas...they are what they are now

@linguist, I agree pretty hard my man

I prefer The Industrialist, but it would be much better if the closer was as awesome as "Final Exit" instead of 9 minutes of ambient machine noises aha

@Thumbcrusher- Like I said before, I like Industrialist more than this but this is still fucking great and imo a tad underrated
