Had a few problems with this review, but they were addressed and it was nicely written otherwise.

“Breaking into you is like waking the dead.

Burning inside you is like waking the dead.

Burning inside you as you bury your dead.”

I don't care what any page with lyrics on it says; they are clearly screaming 'breaking into you...' twice, and 'burning inside you...' once.

@gyro: okay, and lord worm says ooh every time he grunts, but if they want to say he's saying something about an anus, i'm game.

@northerly: I have the original EP, not the one by HyperRealist, so I assumed In The Nervous Light was the same as on ATRU and ignored the last track since my version does not have seven tracks, it has five.

There's still some grammatical errors spread across the review. You also limit yourself to repeating the same words constantly, as in if I had seen the word 'granduer' one more time in that review I would've negged it. I'm just kidding, but you get the idea

Don't use big words, they confuse the reader and confusing the reader is the last thing you want.

while not possessing the innovation or the said mounds of grandeur

I get what you're saying, but maybe switch to amounts of...., it might just be me though

The introduction to “Houdini Logic” is like looking at the introduction of “A Crater To Cough In” as the post-rock aspects are evident, however, a progression

Maybe....'A Crater To Cough In', even though the post-rock aspects are all evident, there is also a progression......

seem to fade into theinstruments

Obvious

The lyrics are simplistic and often venture into violent territory; they, on occasion, become overtly emotional.

You've just tagged them as emo, does overtly emotional lyrics need to be mentioned then?

This track blends the intensity and chaos that grindcore is known for, the guitar-dynamics that make up post-punk, and the epic dynamics that can be found on some of the finest post-rock to make one of the album's highlights.

and the epic dynamics found on some of the finest post-rock on offer all come together to make on of the album highlights?

The combination of these two elements is executed excellently

The words executed and excellently should never be side by side

the release churns out some superb songs. These superb songs

Same thing; superb songs followed by superb songs

These are all just my thoughts man, things that stand out for me. Review's still good, and i'm not ripping on you at all. Just a few ideas I guess

Some things I agree with.

But if I were to follow this:

This track blends the intensity and chaos that grindcore is known for, the guitar-dynamics that make up post-punk, and the epic dynamics that can be found on some of the finest post-rock to make one of the album's highlights.

and the epic dynamics found on some of the finest post-rock on offer all come together to make on of the album highlights?

then it would read awakwardly. I mean, "This track blends the intensity and chaos that grindcore is known for, the guitar-dynamics that make up post-punk, and the epic dynamics that can be found on some of the finest post-rock on offer all come together to make one one of the album's highlights."

Yeah, I didn't mean use what I had suggetsed word for word. What I was trying to suggest is that it felt like you were missing something in that sentence. That last example you just wrote up is fine

I didn't think so either, but there were admittedly a lot of grammatical errors.
