Hmmmmmmm, makes me sad Demon! But hey, can't win them all. With this one it is particularly sad though, since this is one of THE bm albums to me. Utterly perfect.

ya i'm just going to say these past 2 pages or so are confusing as fuck
of all the records i like somewhat, someone disliking this one is the most understandable contradictory take, by far. honestly it's probably overhyped to a degree because of its inherent inaccessibility with the atrocious mixing. and everybody knows inaccessibility makes shit more 1337
i could probably comfortably come up with 50 black albums which i adore over this one, yes my 3.5 is probably a concession because of the myth around this album. the music here isn't really all that special, in the end

Demon, honnestly for me, after digging the hell of early Darkthrone and Paysage D'hiver (f.e.) this came in just right and such an as easy as hard listen (iYkwIm) ever. Really close to a 5 between this and the debut.
