It's fantastic. Though I'd give Knife Vacation & Yuukei No Kioku the vote over it.

My favourite songs are spread over their albums, but on this one I'd go either the last track, disco flight (it introduced me to the band) or maybe red temptation

Updated this review because I'm a much better writer than five years ago.
Also, Knife Vacation and 1/f no Kanshoku will always be my jams.

Interesting you changed to track by track as you've gotten better, but it works well. Good stuff man.
Fascinating that they describe themselves as icy, and the whole autumn connection (and that you agree with them). For me, Sigure are pure summer/spring music. Their music is some of the warmest I've ever come across.

I personally like TK's vocals as soon as I started listening, it was whenever I watched the Tokyo Ghoul OP.
I did a search on Ling Tosite Sigure afterwards, got a pile of golds instead..

not the kind of band that gives good first impression, it took me like three times love hate relationship with Sigure until I got a grip of them. Once I did, I straightly got all albums and jam it forever.
Usually when I was like this with a band, it was either the band was fuggin sucks or they're just really awesome it's hard to follow the pace for first time. I was like this too with Paramore, and Paramore became one of the bands I still listen today (minus their self title album).
Not saying Paramore and Sigure are on the same level. It's just the indication of how much a band meant to me is when I undergo some love hate relationship before took a liking to them.

Listening to this from start to finish, I'm still blown away by how fresh and utterly arresting this album is, eleven years later.
