A ratio of 3 to 1. Wow, that's verging on sexist. Unless you're studying sewing or gymnastics. ;-)

There's a bunch of hot girls where I am too, though we probably have more guys than that one.

Western Carolina. It's big on Entrepreneurships, but I'm studying for a nutrition degree. I live in the "freshman dorm", and there are girls everywhere. It's a co-ed building...

This looks pretty bland.

Thanks for using a milestone comment on my review. I feel special.
And yes, "bland" is an appropriate word for this album.

it comes down to this. Allen had a super clean cut image and was the type of guy that men want to be, and girls want to be with. Lambert, while more talented, was the type of guy most people wouldn't feel comfortable with when in the same room. Lambert appealed to a much smaller portion of Idol fans than Allen.
On a side note, I wouldn't be surprised if Allen will have a decent future in music after all this Idol record label producing bullshit fades away. Just give the guy a guitar and let him write songs with out that corporate crap. Lambert will be more successful once he chooses album covers that aren't so.... gay.

You may be right... Who knows? I definitely don't want to be Kris Allen... & my better half wanted Lambert to win. I guess we are indeed in the minority in thinking it was a singing contest.
I can't see Allen being all that great. Just a tad too bland for my liking.
As for Lambert, I think he just wanted to get more known to non-Idol watchers. Hopefully, once that occurs, he will settle down with all the attention-seeking.

Catch up, you will.
Kris Allen, this is. That one single I heard was good, it was.

Yeah, it's surprisingly good. Not that I'm in any hurry to check this out... but still, very catchy.

'Live Like You're Dying' is a hand-me-down from The Script. If you think that's catchy, check out The Script's self-titled album. Or as SputnikMusic likes to call them; The S cript.

I don't know if I'm in the mood for pop/rock atm.
