Another very good post-hardcore & post-2000 emo album. Reminds me of "New Medicines" by Dead Poetic it feels kind of similar.

I discovered many bands of those genres last year, for many years I only knew Dead Poetic and A Static Lullaby.

Sometimes I need this kind of music and I also know "A Shipwreck In The Sand" which's very solid too. I think it's time for me to check out a 3rd album of them.

That could be cool. Will have to see how that turns out. I would love some re-recordings of stuff from their first album.

Are they just straight up re-recordings, or is it more of a re-imagining?

They released an updated, newly recorded version of Smashed Into Pieces a while back and it was awesome. I wonder if it is the same cut.

Fuck yeah, I would love a new version of Bleeds No More.

Just re-recordings, I would imagine.

I doubt they're going to use the 2013 Smashed Into Pieces re-recording.

I'm so hype for this. I can't wait to hear the new Your Sword Vs. My Dagger.

I would love to hear new versions of anything from their first album. The production and shane's vocals were pretty bad all around on that one, but it was good musically.

Yeah, Sword/Dagger is a goodon.

Ooooo, I think Vices is one of their best songs. Would like to hear that one, too.

I agree. I've always wanted them to re-record that whole album, but I guess this will suffice.

Shane's screams sucked back then but I loved his old cleans just as much as I love his cleans these days.

Yeah, I think it's mostly the harsh vox that bother me. I have always kind of been off and on with his cleans, but they have gotten a lot better over the years.
