FF had a major fluke with this album, nothing they've made before or since has been even remotely as good

It’s significantly weaker

obsolete had some decent stuff but by that point they were already veering into really cheesy territory

there were also some pretty interesting tunes on the concrete demo that got released way later than intended

^granted this song was also on their debut but this version is much more on point

actually now that i think about it, i think mnemic's first album was what ruined obsolete for me since IMO it managed to improve upon everything FF were going for there
