Fresh Tendrils is such a weird ass song. I just recently figured out what the bass is doing, and there is so much bounce to that line. When they played it live in 2014 they had to alter it, which mostly involves Ben going ham on the bass to compensate for the missing clavinet part. He is just flying all over that fretboard.

Crazy to think that this and The Downward Spiral were released on the same day. Not to sound like a boomer, but that’s proof that music isn’t as good as it was then. The 90s it was classic after classic. Best decade of music imho.

I just queued in that it wasnt some wack guitar tone Kim came up with. In fact also realising how crazy that clavinet line goes
